I'm Sorry But If Her "How-To" Article Is More Than Two Words Long I Call Bullshit—10:12 AM
I know – more mailbox rants from me, but seriously. How in the world did this Julia Somebody get people to look at her web site? It's a mystery.

To Wired's credit, they concluded the tongue-in-cheek "how-to" portion of their profile with: "Be a hot woman with an exhibitionist streak." Close enough, though I think the exhibitionist streak is gilding the lily, and "hot" sort of implies "woman" for most purposes.
After reading the profile, it's clear the last thing this Julia person needs is more attention like this. I'm not sure whether she embodies the sad state of feminism, or fame, or both, but my God you couldn't get a more clear-cut example of the depths of insipid self-obsession the web is capable of. (Not that onebee is above those depths – far from it – but my eyes have been opened to how much farther down there is to go.)
