Overall, a great follow-up to a fun and original animated story. These films have a specific style, with everything pushed to the max, and it can feel overdone at times. But mostly it delivers a fun and engaging energy, and new characters are introduced without making it feel crowded or thin. They’re still using TV news reports as quick exposition dumps, but it seems that’s something I’ll just have to get used to.
