Creative and enticing, with very fine work from D’arcy Carden and especially Tony Hale, who doesn’t often get to play characters this natural and grounded. The child actors are very good as well, exhibiting a lot of range and making key emotional moments believable, with editing and visuals keeping it quick and punchy.
