While it’ll be a welcome day when someone dares to profile a beloved entertainer without centering entirely around the Big Hidden Trauma, Candy was a fantastic guy and it’s a lot of fun to reminisce on his personality and performances. The SCTV cast has always seemed the most genuine and decent—no ego or arrogance—hearing them reflect on a cherished friend and fantastic talent is a special treat.
