It’s an absolutely devastating performance from Rose Byrne, making her character’s exhausting, overwhelming life relatable. Strong visuals and directorial decisions help to elevate a story that is by its nature a tough watch. It’s an interesting performance from Conan, but I’m not sure he was the right choice.
