Sidaris clearly purchased a 1980s Action Movie trope kit on the black market, and set about checking every box with the cheapest, laziest, and half-nakedest option he could find. His film has Tommy Wiseau's sense of dramaturgy, line delivery, pacing, and even genital alignment. But at least it’s got sweeping island vistas! (Accompanied by a saccharine title song that somehow makes the phrase “hard ticket to Hawaii” even less comprehensible.)
