The Muppets have made some great movies, but I wish they’d do more adaptations (The Great Gatsby has been notably mentioned, and it pains me that it hasn’t happened). The film is heartfelt, hilarious, and impeccably assembled, down to the smallest visual detail. Most impressive of all, it maintains its all-ages appeal while nailing every single throwaway line or sight gag to perfection.
