I wish journalists asked such tough questions of presidents, politicians, and BP as they do of Steve Jobs and his goddamn phone engineers – sheesh!
Chuck Schumer is going to be just insufferable now.

4. Steve Jobs states that two subjects occupy most of the e-mail he gets from Apple customers: concerns about the overblown antenna issue, and frustration that demand is outpacing iPhone 4 stock at the Apple Store – then he quotes Annie Hall: "The food here is terrible, and gosh, the portions are so small." I love it when people do that!
